How to use a photocopier

today I had to write these instructions for my teacher.

HOW TO USE THE NEW PHOTOCOPIER

1.  Swipe your card in the card reader.

2.  Put in access code or pin number.

3.  Push enter.

4.  Put the document you want to copy in the feeder tray or on the glass.

5.  Check there is paper in the machine. If there is no paper, you need to put it in first.

6.  Push the copy button.

7.  Click on the number copies you want.

8.  Select one or two sided printing, depending on the document.

9.  Press the start copy button.

10. Don’t take the copies out until printing has finished.
